Added: position and statuses parameters to list-filter-comments and list-filter-comments-public services, where position=first will only search the first comment in a discussion (this may be faster when using paths) - default is any.

Projects using these services with the paths parameter should also add position=first to get the same functionality/performance

After running the upgrade installer,  accessing the following URL will make changes to the database: :

"Duplicate key name 'ContentTitle_idx'"
