Email flows

This article provides explanations on the various flows and triggers that lead to emails being sent by PageSeeder so that it’s easier to see in which case templates are being sent. 

How to read the diagrams

Diagrams in this article describe process flows using the Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN). Following is an example describing the conventions used in this article.

To make it easier, each flow also includes:

• For each email, the name of the corresponding email template.
• For each process sending an email, the PageSeeder service that would send the email in that process flow.
