Group properties
To access, select Group configuration, under the Administration tab on the group dashboard page. These values control how the group behaves when, for example, an email is sent from an address that the group has no authority to accept from. These same values can be set at the project level. Also, the group properties in the global template are the default values for all groups.

New users should proceed with caution when editing these properties. The rules of inheritance and overrides can be confusing, so it is often best to start with changes at the project level, rather than the group.
Experiment with the group properties on a development server before making changes to a production server.
