# PageSeeder Ant API

A common requirement for PageSeeder is to process numerous files through multiple stages. To support this, a version of the PageSeeder API can be called from a batch processing environment, [Apache ANT](https://ant.apache.org/). This is the basis of PageSeeder [publish](publish.md).
