# Developer license

The developer license for PageSeeder allows [developers](developer_view.md) to create unlimited projects, groups and members as long as they access PageSeeder through *localhost* or *\*.localhost* only. This license is configured by setting the product key to ‘dev’ and website address to ‘localhost’ or ‘\[x\].localhost’.
