## Description

Extract the metadata from the specified URL.

## Parameters

| Name | Description | Required | Type | Default |

| reload | `true` to reload the metadata cache (ignored for `method=HEAD` as not cached). | no | boolean | `false` |
| method | The HTTP method for loading the URL (`GET`\|`HEAD`) | no | enum | `GET` |

Any authenticated user can invoke this service.
